A challenging and dynamic role that includes performing preventative and reactive maintenance on advanced mechanical equipment in the industry, with an emphasis on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement of work processes.
Responsibilities:
* Routine maintenance and repair of failures in mechanical systems, including pumps, turbines, bearings, valves, etc.
* Performing preventative maintenance (PM) according to work plans, using computerized maintenance management systems.
* Locating, diagnosing, and resolving complex malfunctions, and using advanced tools and equipment for testing and repair.
* Working according to strict safety and quality procedures.
* Collaborating with other teams at the power plant and supporting ongoing operations.
Job Requirements:
* Mechanical Engineering Technician Diploma or relevant technical training – advantage
* Previous experience of at least 3 years in mechanical maintenance in heavy industry/energy – a significant advantage for experience in power plants or process plants.
* Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, including availability to handle malfunctions at unconventional hours if necessary.
* Knowledge of reading technical drawings and work plans.
* Proficiency in Hebrew; Technical English – an advantage.
* Valid driver’s license

Working Days: Sunday-Thursday, 7:00-16:00 and willingness to work overtime
