For the energy center facility of the O.P.C power plant located in Hadera, a Facility Manager is required. Responsibility for the ongoing operation, readiness, availability, and safety of the energy center (steam production facility), which serves as a backup for the power plant and supplies steam to customers when needed. The role includes managing interfaces with operations, maintenance, engineering, and customer stakeholders, while maintaining high readiness of the facility for operation at all times.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Responsibility for the integrity, availability, and readiness of the energy center systems.
- Planning, coordinating, and overseeing preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance work.
- Managing and supervising work at the facility in accordance with safety and quality procedures.
- Leading operational processes to maintain facility readiness.
- Troubleshooting, failure analysis, and implementation of engineering and operational solutions.
- Preparing operational, engineering, and safety reports.
- Ongoing work with the steam customer and coordination of operational needs.
- Leading professional training and certifications for the operator team.
- Leading operational and engineering projects, and improvement and efficiency processes.
- Engineering degree – mandatory.
- At least 5 years of experience in a process plant – mandatory.
- Proficiency in Windows environment and Office applications – mandatory.
- High level of English – mandatory.
- Experience in operating industrial facilities, power plants, steam boilers, or energy systems – significant advantage.
- Experience in leading employees – advantage.
- Experience in leading complex projects and processes – advantage.
