Cluster Secretary | South Cluster
Job Description:
Responsibility for providing ongoing administrative and operational support to the South Cluster and station managers, including office management, coordination, task tracking and control, and assistance with cross-functional processes. In addition, the role includes operational support in human resources areas such as managing and tracking regulatory training and certifications, system updates, and coordination with relevant parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration and Office Management:
- Managing calendars and coordinating meetings for the Cluster Manager, Station Managers, and HR Manager.
- Answering phones, handling ongoing inquiries, and prioritizing tasks.
- Ongoing work with suppliers and internal/external service providers (Procurement/Maintenance/IT/Warehouse/Human Resources).
- Ordering office supplies and managing ongoing inventory.
- Assisting in organizing training days/meetings/visits/station events as needed.
- Handling and managing documents, forms, and filing according to company procedures.
Operational Support and Control:
- Approving invoices in the SAP system.
- Assisting in coordinating supplier/guest entries according to station and safety procedures.
Human Resources Support:
- Entering regulatory training and employee certifications into dedicated systems (according to procedure and authorities).
- Tracking the validity of certifications/refreshers/mandatory training and coordinating completions with managers.
- Assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes at an administrative level (documents, coordination, equipment, invitations).
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role – mandatory.
- Full proficiency in Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with organizational systems/SAP and HR systems – a significant advantage.
- Ability to work with multiple interfaces and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- High level of Hebrew, basic English – an advantage.
- Availability to work according to cluster operating hours (and according to changing needs).

The role involves working on the power plant’s instrumentation and control systems, maintaining high availability, safety, and operational efficiency in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Performing maintenance activities in the field of instrumentation and control at the power plant, including troubleshooting equipment, performing preventive and planned maintenance, calibrating process equipment such as pressure, temperature, and flow transmitters, controlled valves, vibration meters, analytical equipment (pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, gas detectors).
- Performing logical operations in process computers for the purpose of identifying faults and changes according to process requirements.
- Performing backups and troubleshooting hardware in process computers.
- Maintenance responsibility in the human-machine interface (HMI), updating screens, graphics, etc.
- Performing various projects at the plant from the initiation stage to implementation for improvement and efficiency in the fields of control and instrumentation.
- Working with various interfaces at the plant: operation, electrical, mechanical, safety, information systems departments professionally while providing fast service.
- Performing cyber protection activities at the plant.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an instrumentation technician in an industrial plant or power plant.
- Familiarity and use of calibration equipment such as BEAMEX, HART, etc.
- Familiarity with various communication protocols such as TCPIP, ETHERNET, MODBAS+, MODBAS, etc.
- Familiarity, knowledge, and experience with stack sampling systems (CEMS).
- Familiarity, knowledge, and experience in OFFICE, PI ERP-SAP environment (advantage).
- Electrician license – advantage.
- Technician/Practical Engineer degree in a relevant field.
Personal Skills:
- Ability to work in a team in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Ability to solve technical problems in real-time and work under pressure.
- Willingness and availability for overtime as needed.
Languages and Applications:
- High level of Hebrew; technical English – advantage.
